TRAIN THE TRAINER

The Berlitz Instructor Training Programme aims to train new teachers on the Berlitz Approach and how to put it into practice. It also introduces the Berlitz Teaching Techniques for all four language skills and enables teachers who are new to Berlitz to adapt their lessons to meet students' goals, needs and learning styles.

For us, this means that quality is planned in advance at Berlitz: quality assurance processes are defined and structured based on our customers' needs. Our language courses are based on the requirements of everyday and, in particular, professional situations.
