Liability

Berlitz does not monitor all activities on this web page, but reserves the right to do so. Acceptable use of the web site:

  2. General Rules

    Users agree to use berlitz.nl only for legal purposes. Users are not permitted to transmit, distribute, save or destroy material (a) in violation of an applicable right or rule, (b) in a way which infringes the copyright, patent, registered trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property rights of third parties or which does not respect the privacy, reputation or other rights intended to protect the personal rights of third parties, (c) which proves to be libellous, obscene, offensive, threatening, defamatory, coarse or hateful.

  3. Violations

    Berlitz reserves the unrestricted right to determine, at its own discretion, whether any use whatsoever infringes this rule and, in the event of an infringement, to take action as it deems appropriate. The improper use of the system or the security of the network may result in civil or criminal liability. Berlitz shall investigate cases involving such abuses and may call on the police, co-operate with them and disclose information to them in order to identify and prosecute users who have been involved in violations.

  4. Termination of use

    Berlitz may terminate or suspend access by a user to all or part of berlitz.nl without prior notice, if it suspects, at its own discretion, that he has infringed this rule or any other applicable law, or that he has undermined the interests of another user.

Berlitz policy is not to accept or consider unsolicited ideas or materials of any kind. If you contravene this, we reserve the right to consider that all of the material submitted is neither confidential nor subject to any copyright or personal rights whatsoever. Such materials and any rights will become our property free of charge, exempt from any possible claims by you or third parties.

Berlitz accepts no liability for the security of this web site or your Internet communication with our web site. Berlitz does not sell products or services to children. Berlitz sells products and services aimed at children to adults. If you are under the age of 18, you can only buy our products and services with the approval of your parents or guardian.
